Art direction at Instructure meant directing the people who made the work—photographers, videographers, illustrators, and animators—to one visual standard across a four-product portfolio. I pitched, planned, and directed a week-long, three-location photo and video shoot with real users that produced 1,500+ stills and a B-roll library deep enough to replace stock, and I directed the illustration and animation that carried campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.
